A Timpson worker named Johnny helped me out with photo prints at this location. A really friendly helpful guy, I saw his interactions with a number of other customers and he demonstrated best practice. This guy deserves recognition.

I went to Timpsons in Morrisons last Tuesday, a young man called Brody reheeled my husbands shoes whilst i waited, as he needed them that day. What a nice young man, so very helpful and polite he did an excellent job on the shoes. He is a credit to your company.

My wife took a duffle coat in for cleaning on a Thursday, to be told it would be ready the following Monday. At 9.00am (to avoid seasonal rush), that following Monday, my wife went to retrieve her coat to find the concession locked up, with Morrisons staff, minus any explanation, shrugging their shoulders.. She waited till 9.15am, but still no show and calls going to voicemail. After contacting HO and being told Timpsons manager should have specified a time, on the day and made note of my wife's mob number, my wife replied that neither had ocurred. Later that day, she eventually received a call to collect her coat, at which the manager merely passed the garment over the counter......but no apology from him. Coat cleaned nicely, but experience spoiled by dysfunctional communication and unprefessionalism.
