We are taking measures to protect not only ourselves but also our loyal customers and ask that you also take the same precautions with social distancing. We have introduced measures to protect everyone's safety and ask you politely to help by adhering to these changes. We have taken the decision to limit the premises to only 1 customer at a time in line with the 2 meter rule. All other customers must please wait patiently outside until the other customer has left. We ask customers to use the hand sanitiser in the shop before touching anything else, keep a sensible distance from us and as such have also installed protective screens where applicable. We are cleaning the shop thoroughly each night but for the health of yourselves, my family and my employees please do as we ask. ''Mark and Matthew provide a brilliant service. I have been a collector of beautiful expensive shoes and boots for many years which require a certain amount of looking after to keep them in tip top condition. I was unable to continue wearing some of them due to the fact that I could not find anywhere with craftsmen competent enough to attempt repairs to such cherished delicate shoes lovingly made by Christian Dior - nobody would even look at them until I came across Mark Rogers in Wilmslow who not only made a fabulous job of repairing them, along with a couple of other difficult shoe and boot heel repairs, but completed them on the same day for me, since I travelled all the way from Wales to see him! I have returned a number of times with other repairs requiring his expertise and every time nothing has been too much trouble or too difficult for him to do - even when on my last visit I was wearing my lovely stiletto heeled boots which threw a heel tip while I was walking on uneven pavement on my way back to my car from collecting a couple of repairs from Mark near closing time - we ran back in to him and he repaired them straight away for me to wear which was over and above all expectations. The repair was extremely quick and perfect in every way. Fantastic! I am so glad I found Mark Rogers and always worth the visit from Wales because I know he is a trusted true craftsman who cares about perfection and very excellent customer service.

The nicest guys in Wilmslow. Mark and his son have fixed all manner of things from jewellery to luggage to shoes to keys for me. There’s seemingly nothing they can’t fix and they are genuine, down to earth, lovely blokes. Super service and great value.

Mark and his son Matthew have fixed all manner of things for me from shoes, keys, door locks, bags and even sharpened my secateurs. They are also two of the friendliest independent shop keepers in Wilmslow. Absolutely super service and great value.

My favourite DC trainers, I got for my birthday last year didn’t last a year, and sprung a leak a month ago and I was gutted! But the rest of the shoe is still going strong…. So mum took it too Mark Rogers Locksmiths and he fixed them for £40….. !! These will last at LEAST another year!!!! And cheaper than another pair of DC trainers, and nothing in landfill! Ps they have even better grip now than they came with!!
