I booked for a replacement service for a leaking kitchen faucet. Alex performed the diagnostic and service quickly, professionally and efficiently. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this company. If I need help with any plumbing issues I will definitely request Alex again.

Alex is a local, small business owner who takes great pride in his work. I contacted him late in the afternoon after my shower stopped working and a pipe developed a leak. Alex was lovely and recognising the sense of urgency, said he'd call round that evening after he'd finished the job he was working on. True to his word, he came round at 6.40pm, gave me a very reasonable quote for the work which he said he couldfit in first thing the next day. I asked him if he would be able to get me a shower that was as easy to use as my last one and he said that would be no problem. Alex arrived at 8.30 the following morning. He fitted a new shower which was perfect in terms of being easy to use and changed the part of the pipe that was causing the leak. I also mentioned that my toilet wasn't flushing properly and he sorted it out for me without charging me any extra. I was very impressed with how considerate he was as he saved my old shower head so I could have a spare as it was compatible with the new one. After Alex had gone, I noticed the tube that connects the shower head to the actual unit was much shorter on the new shower than the old one so I phoned Alex late afternoon and asked if he would be able to come back at some point and swap them over. Alex said that would not be a problem and that he would try to sort it that week. I was amazed when I got a call early that evening from Alex to say he could come round to sort it, if I was in. Within 20 minutes, Alex had arrived and swapped the shower heads. Even more incredible was the fact that when I asked how much I owed him, he would not take any money off me. I can honestly say Alex did a first class job for me at a very reasonable price, despite the short notice. Good, decent, honest tradespeople are very hard to find these days so people like Alex really are rare gems in my opinion. The five star rating system does not do Alex justice and if i could have given him a higher rating, I would. I would certainly use Alex again and have no hesitation in recommending him very highly as I'm delighted with the quality of the job he's done and the price as he's provided me with outstanding value for money.

The plumbers are very professional and efficient. I checked around and their prices were more reasonable and lower than the city average. Thank you for their grate service. I will keep them as my GO TO plumbing in the future because I'm really happy with their service!
